LENTEN PRAYER SERVICES: Each Wednesday during Lent the school children will be meeting in church to learn about different symbols of Lent. Each symbol helps to tell the story of Jesus' life, death and Resurrection.
ANNUAL CHANGE COLLECTION: Over the next several weeks we are also holding our annual change collection for Guatemala. Each classroom works to collect money that will go to Sister Jo Klas and the children she works with in Guatemala. At our first prayer service last week we handed out "Love Coupons" to all of our students. Students are encouraged to use these to help with extra chores around the house, and in exchange earn change for our Lent collection. Happy helping!!
LENTEN CAN COLLECTION: The 5th and 6th grade Student Council is asking everyone to save your soda cans! Our drop off day is Tuesday March 30th, 2010. Please help us raise money! Tell your family and friends to save their cans! Thank you! Rosemary School Student Council.
FR. DICK’S CHALLENGE: Fr. Dick will again offer the pizza challenge. Any classroom that raises the predetermined amount of change for that class – or more – in the Annual Change Collection, will earn a pizza lunch from Fr. Dick!!! Your Lent Committee- Mrs. Jasper & Mrs. Lynn
